Many people are talking about getting glowing skin that is a primary concern for all females of all age groups, so if you do these simple exercises for glowing skin daily, in just a few weeks, you will be surprised at the results.

The main reason why we have such patchy skin because of stress, because of dehydration. The first thing we need to consider is to keep yourself hydrated, and I will give three tips of exercises that you can do to make your skin glowing.


Our Simple Exercise for Glowing Skin


First exercise:

  1. You need to place your thumbs on your nostrils
  2. Inhale
  3. Hold your breath
  4. Fill your mouth with your breath
  5. Remove your chin to your chest
  6. And slowly exhales



As a beginner, you can hold your breath for twenty seconds, then you can gradually increase it up to one minute, which will help the blood flow on your face, and they’ll give you glowing skin.  Second exercise. I am sure your parents and your grandparents told most people to rub hands and put them on the faces first thing in the morning. That’s right, that needs to be done because you have a lot of energy in your body and your palms, so when you rub it, you are getting that energy and putting it back on to your face. So that needs to be done. 

  1. Rub your hand thoroughly
  2. Place it here
  3. Close your eyes and gently massage your face
  4. Then open up your eyes. 


You need to do this exercise first thing in the morning when you get up and on your bed.  Third exercise.  The last tip is straightforward. You need to inhale, hold your breath and exhale. 

  1. Come into this mudra
  2. Inhale through your nose
  3. Hold your breath
  4. And exhale through your mouth



Try to hold it for as much time as you can keep it. Hold it for 10 seconds, 15 seconds, and increases it gradually up to 25 seconds.  I hope you like these tips. Thank you.
